All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

You are responsible for all applicable charges associated with your purchase, including product costs, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, promotional, or inventory errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected item or order when appropriate.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders when reasonably necessary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before completing checkout, including products, quantities, sizes, designs, personalization details, and shipping information.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After 15 minutes, an order may already have entered processing or production and cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Please contact us immediately if you accidentally place an order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We reserve the right to review each damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim before providing an appropriate resolution.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

8. Pre-Orders

Products identified as pre-orders will not ship immediately.

Estimated production or shipping dates will be provided on the applicable product page whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping circumstances.

If a pre-order is purchased with an in-stock product, the items may ship together when the pre-order becomes available unless otherwise stated.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to their individual terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving misuse, manipulation, or unauthorized use of promotional offers.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights to the artwork or design featured on that product.

Our original designs may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold as digital files, commercially printed, or used to create other products without written permission.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, products and designs purchased from our shop are intended for personal use.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork for commercial purposes.
