Purchase Options

Products available through our shop may be offered as a one-time purchase, pre-order, or other purchase option as indicated on the individual product page.

Please review the product description, pricing, estimated processing or shipping time, and purchase option carefully before completing checkout.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are charged in full at checkout.

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, orders may begin processing or production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-order are purchased and paid for before they are ready to ship.

Estimated shipping or release dates will be provided on the product listing whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, inventory, or circumstances outside our control.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this period, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subscriptions or Recurring Purchases

If we offer a subscription or recurring purchase option, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before checkout.

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided with that subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or charged.

Accidental Orders

We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally place an order, please contact us within 15 minutes of completing your purchase.

After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee cancellation because your order may already be processing, printing, preparing, or entering production.

Changes to an Order

Please carefully review your order before checkout.

Once the 15-minute cancellation period has passed, we cannot guarantee changes to:

• Products or designs

• Sizes or quantities

• Personalization

• Shipping addresses

• Purchase options

Final Sale

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final after the applicable cancellation period. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
