Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because many of our items are made, printed, or prepared specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong size/design.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right.

Order Cancellations

We know mistakes happen! Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, your order may already be processing or in production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Please double-check your items, quantities, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us within the 15-minute cancellation window.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order begins processing and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
